- While your Philips Hue bridge is powered on, remove the Ethernet cable.

- You will see a very small button with the words “restore factory settings” next to it.
- Grab a paperclip or something with similar thickness and press the button for 5 seconds.
- The LED indicator on the front will start blinking, and when it stops blinking, the resetting process is over.
